About Me
I create effective learning solutions that drive behavior change and business results. With years of instructional design expertise, I quickly turn complex topics into strong, clear, and engaging learning materials using visual storytelling, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, and LMS platforms.
I develop onboarding, compliance, customer enablement, leadership, skills, and systems training based on adult learning theory, ADDIE, multimedia, project management, and agile methods. My deliverables include e-learning, micro-learning, ILT, job aids, infographics, videos, and simulations.
I help teams across HR, L&D, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Product to make training visual, relevant, and impactful for their audiences.
