I design high-impact learning experiences that drive behavior change and business results. With over a decade of experience in instructional design, I specialize in transforming complex content quickly into engaging, learner-centered solutions utilizing Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, LMS systems, and storytelling-driven media.
Whether it’s onboarding, compliance, customer enablement, leadership, skills or systems training, I bring a modern approach rooted in adult learning theory, ADDIE, visual design, and agile project management delivered through entertaining and memorable visuals, e-Learning, micro-learning, ILT, job aids, infographics, video, and simulations.
