I design and deliver effective, scalable learning solutions that drive behavior change, performance, and business results. With deep experience in instructional design, I quickly transform complex or raw content into clear, engaging learning experiences using ADDIE, visual storytelling, and agile project management reducing time to launch while improving learning outcomes.

My work spans onboarding, compliance, leadership, skills, systems, and customer enablement training, leveraging adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and modern tools including AI prompting, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud. I create high-impact deliverables such as e-learning, microlearning, ILT, SCORM modules, job aids, infographics, animations, videos, podcasts, multimedia, and simulations designed for accessibility, mobile delivery, and measurable results.

I partner closely with HR, L&D, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business and regulatory needs into learning that is visual, relevant, and actionable.
